I have been using this fixed mortgage calculator to see what we would have to pay based on the rate that I’m getting from the various mortgage companies and mortgage brokers. Plugging in the numbers while I’m on the phone with them helps to see if I need to keep talking to the broker or not.

With all the mortgage crisis situations going on right now in the USA, I’m still surprised that people went out and refinanced or bought homes that they could obviously not afford with those adjustable mortgage rates. C’mon guys, if you went out and got a horrible adjustable mortgage that is now causing you to pay high fees than you need to go out and get a fixed mortgage.

Apparently it is the perfect climate for them, and so we are going to plant a bunch of rose bushes in our back yard this weekend. Finishing off the landscaping and soforth so it looks nice back there. Just had a new pool put in recently and need to finish off the landscaping.

You know, back in the days only geeks grew up with computers. Now we live in the networking day and age. So basically, you will soon have development classes in elementary school.
